ABURY is pioneering fashion by combining traditional, old world crafts with avant garde design to create a new luxury style that fosters intercultural exchange and preserves world crafts.
ABURY brings together exciting designers with traditional artisans from remote and inspiring cultures. This exchange of knowledge between the old world and the cutting edge allows for a new context to emerge, leasing crafts a new life and lending design an emotional component which has been missing in recent times. The designer is embedded in a craft culture for roughly three months to learn and share ideas from one another and to create a collection together, bringing the best of heritage knowledge and wisdom to high design and sustainable solutions.
But the ABURY cycle goes beyond this two way relationship, caring for the whole supply chain, we give back the same number of production hours in education hours for every product sold.
Thoughtful design. Responsible production. Good business. Quality that lasts.

Because of this, Eco Estate Jewelry, has been able to curate one of the most beautiful & interesting collections in Central Texas. Our business was born on the premise that the world is full of beautiful pieces that deserve a second story & a new life. Why continue to mine new gold and gems when vintage beauties are all around us? Much of it more intriguing & unique & always new to you! At Eco Estate Jewelry we provide you the ability to be environmentally responsible with your jewelry purchases and remain in fashion. We are engaged with the trends of today and appreciate the works of yesterday.
We always carry a diverse selection on Victorian, Art Deco, Native American, Taxco and modern pieces. Many customers are surprised to learn we carry all modern designers including David Yurman, Tiffany & Co., John Hardy, Rolex, James Avery and more!
We make comfortable & colorful clothing & accessories for women & children made entirely from upcycled, recycled, post consumer fabric (i.e. lots of cotton t-shirts, button down shirts, & cashmere sweaters)
We are crazy about recycling at Elisabethan. Since 1996, we've been committed to making exceptional garments & goodies from all the post-consumer fabric we can get our eager little mitts on. Using laundered second-hand clothing as out "yardage", we hand cut each piece using our original patterns, then combine & construct them (with obsessive attention to color and fit) into one-of-a-kind tops, skirts, dresses & accessories. It's new, not more. Made in Colorado, USA.
Designer of new & recycled leather bags and vintage picker by trade, Erin Templeton's studio/storefront in Vancouver, BC houses a full collection of both.
erin templeton began making leather accessories in 1999, while studying shoemaking at Cordwainer's College in London, England. she continued to study leatherwork in Australia, and once home in Vancouver, BC, she began concentrating on handbags.
a vintage buyer by trade, erin always found the masses of unloved leather inspiring, as each piece is a reminder of who it once was. all designs are lovingly handmade in-house in recycled leather, imported cowhides, or a selection of exclusive and locally tanned elks and bison.
erin's fascination with the past informs designs that aim to defy trends. she uses minimal hardware and simple, strong construction, which allow people to adjust, change, and make pieces their own. it is her hope that each piece is able to be a life long friend.

Gone Rustic specialises in eco printing and dyeing (upcycled and vintage fashion, handmade accessories and textile art) by artist and owner Rita Summers.
Gone Rustic Studio and Gallery opened in 2003 in a rented building. In 2004 Rita and Ian Summers purchased a disused historical industrial building in St. Marys, Tasmania, Australia. Ian (a highschool art teacher) did most of the work of transforming the dilapidated building into a studio and gallery in his spare time over the next 18 months.
In 2012 the building was repainted inside and out in two shades of grey, with white and red trims. In 2015, new vinyl banner signs were installed, designed in collaboration with son John Summers of Black Marketing + Creative - http://www.black.marketing.
This is where Rita makes, displays and sells her own work (as well as other people’s quality handmade items), offers classes, and hosts exhibitions of local artisans and touring art displays.

Luca Chiara offers Italian-inspired style with contemporary American design and technology. The New York City based company crafts superior vegan wallets, card cases, travel items, mobile device sleeves, bags and shoes.
Luca Chiara is a New York City and Hudson Valley based company specializing in fine 100% vegan accessories for men and women. Our Italian-inspired, American-designed products are made of proven durable materials such as water-resistance nylon, cotton canvas, water repellent acrylic coated rip stop and soft grained vegan leather.
As an environmentally conscious company, we only use soft-grained vegan leather. Oftentimes, real leather uses a tremendous amount of dyes, chemicals and tints to get shades even. These treatments are extremely polluting and harsh on the planet. Our products are designed to be fashionable and functional for the hectic lifestyle of the 21-century but are based on 19-century old-world quality.

All linen. All season. All made in Maine.
South Street Linen, a clothing company in Portland, Maine, focuses on the creation of well designed, locally made linen garments. With the promise of manufacturing within New England at their core, South Street has grown from selling a few dozen scarves to a full line of women's clothing. They are also venturing into knit items, all in linen of course. Because the three owners, all mid career artists, design for themselves their customers tend to be in the same demographic, but pieces created by South Street truly span the generations.

To lessen environmental impact, materials are sourced locally or online through small American businesses. All leather is salvaged from items that have outlived their usefulness; think jackets with tears or busted zippers.
Straight stitch sewing techniques are used in the patterns of many garments to minimize waste. Fabric remaining after the construction of a larger piece will become meticulously sewn details on smaller pieces.
