Esperanza means hope in Spanish. The founders of the Esperanza Market believe everyone should have the right to earn an honest wage in safe conditions, which is why they use Fair Trade guidelines throughout its supply chain. The Esperanza Market hopes to provide a steady source of income for women in one of the poorest parts of Latin America.
